1-ounce Uncirculated American Silver Eagle coin was released on 1st December and 23,195 units have been sold in that week alone, making it US Mint’s top selling. 18,754 units of its Uncirculated version have been sold making it the third best-selling item. 19,686 units of the 2016 U.S. Mint Proof Set were sold, guaranteeing its second spot!The Fort Moultrie 5-ounce silver Uncirculated coin was released on 8th December and it holds the fourth position with 14,582 units sold. The 2016 U.S. Mint Silver Proof Set drops one point below from last week’s numbers to the fifth place, with 10,440 units sold.
For the first time, The Walking Liberty Half Dollar Centennial Gold Coin falls below the number 10 spot and is now ranked 12th. The remaining Mercury Dime Centennial Gold Coins from its April release were offered for sale for the second time and have been sold out already.
