Sale of 2016 American Silver Eagles begins on 1st December

From 1st December onwards the sale of the 2016 American Silver Eagle one-ounce Uncirculated coin began. The Uncirculated American Silver Eagle (ASE) is sold through Authorized Distributors.The .999 fine Uncirculated silver coin is struck on burnished blanks with a finish similar to its bullion counterpart, carrying the W mintmark of the West Point mint facility. Each coin comes in special packaging along with a certificate of authenticity.
Its obverse features Liberty with her right hand extended, carrying branches of laurel and oak in her left. This design was first featured on half-dollar coins in 1916, which was honoured this year with the Walking Liberty Half Dollar Centennial Gold Coin. As the Mint is celebrating its 30th anniversary, the inscription 30th ANNIVERSARY is also included on the edge of the coin.
The reverse depicts a heraldic eagle with shield, an olive branch in its right claw and arrows in its left.
The coin can be now purchased for $44.95. The pricing could vary later and The product has no household order limit or mintage limit.
