Description :
These set of four coins of Transnistria are the only plastic coins in actual circulation. They are made out of an advanced polycarbonate material which is virtually unbreakable and weigh almost nothing. Each one has a strikingly different color and shape (triangle, square, hexagon and pentagon). They come in four denominations 1, 3, 5 and 10 rubles. The obverse of each coin shows a famous Russian individual, with similar diamond-grid pattern on reverse of each coin.
