Pablo Picasso- Just the name is enough to describe all his great artwork! He was born on 25 October 1881 in Spain. An all rounder person with his mastery in painting, ceramist, sculptor, stage designer and play writer. His paintings are divided into various themes, colors and periods.

He is popular across all the countries. In order to celebrate the work of this great artist, various countries issued stamps like Spain, India, Russia, Vietnam, Cuba, etc.

In 1982, India issued a stamp of Picasso’s painting-‘Three Musicians’ which has a face value of 2.85 Rupee. It bears the name of the artist and his painting in Hindi and English.
