Todywalla auction is conducting an auction on 20th July in Mumbai. This auction consists some of rare and distinguishes collectible from the Indian coinage. The most fascinating specimen of this auction is gold 10 rupee of Queen Victoria. The auction house is offering it at the minimum bid of INR 5,00,000.The obverse of this coin depicts the bust of queen Victoria divided legend ‘Queen Victoria’ around it with toothed border. The reverse of this coin depicts denomination, name of country and date with the designed and doted border. According to auction house it’s a very rare coin, this specimen is also a proof re-strike.
