Liechtenstein Post commemorates 50 years of first Moon landing

Liechtenstein Post has issued two commemorative stamps to celebrate the first Moon landing on 21st July 1969 around Fifty years ago. These two commemorative stamps are issued under the theme of ‘Astronaut’ and ‘Lunar Lander’. These two stamps were designed by Rene Wolfinger, these images were created in Black and color motifs using collages consisting of an image and graphic elements.The dream of mankind was fulfilled when Apollo 11 landed on the moon for the first. Neil Armstrong, Edwin Aldrin, and Michael Collins launched a Saturn V rocket. They reached the moon orbit on 19th July and both astronauts landed the lunar module Eagle on the moon the next Day. They near stay on the moon for 22 hours. Later on altogether twelve people all US Americans have walked the moon
