2016 US 10-Coin Collector Set

The U.S. Mint is ready to open its window for selling its latest 10-Coin collectors set. The coin set offers 5 pairs of unique designs and costs $12.95. This year’s coins depict images of the following sites:Shawnee National Forest in Illinois,
Cumberland Gap National Historical Park in Kentucky,
Harpers Ferry National Historical Park in West Virginia,
Theodore Roosevelt National Park in North Dakota, and
Fort Moultrie in South Carolina.
The obverse of the coins features a mintmark ‘P’ or ‘D’ which denote Philadelphia Mint and Denver Mint respectively. The coins are struck on specially burnished blanks offering a soft, matte-like finish. The coins come in a folder that includes descriptions of each commemorated site, the specifications of the coins, and a U.S. Mint certificate of authenticity.
