With the chilly winter setting in, it is once again time for confetti, firecrackers and a lot of festive fun. Christmas is here!Many countries around the globe have Christmas special stamps. These stamps show an array of events and activities that one can pursue during the wintery, snowy Christmas holidays. In 2016, India Post issued a miniature sheet depicting the festive spirit. Set within Christmas decorations, the stamps feature a Christmas tree and Santa riding his sledge. Buy this Miniature Sheet here. India has issued other commemorative Christmas special postage stamps on 8th December, 2008 with the denominative values of Rs. 5 and Rs. 20.
