Ten Rupee banknote fetch INR 4, 25,000

On 24th November 2018, Todywalla commenced an auction in Sunderbai Hall Churchgate-Mumbai, the most fascinating specimen of this collection was the Ten rupee banknote of Republic India. Issued in 2008 with D. Subbarao signature on it, this note fetched INR 4, 25,000.This specimen went from auction number 120, it's a star note with serial number 99A000086 with R inset. According to the ‘Todywalla Auctions’ its Uncirculated and Extremely Rare specimen. Along with it, many gold coins like the Gold tanka from the Delhi Sultanate issued during Muhammad III bin Tughluq went for INR 3, 30,000. An Uncirculated set of rupee 2 issued in 1992 proof coin for Land Vital Resource, the National Land Conservation week went for INR 2,50,000.
