As if the World Cup itself was not a reason enough to celebrate, Russia has roped in the numismatists, philatelists and notaphilists fans too! Russia Russia recently issued a commemorative Football World Cup coin and it has released a banknote too! Philatelists are in for a real treat. Russia Post has come up with a set of 8 stamps for the occasion.
