Ireland’s Latest Vertical Banknotes

For the very first time, people from Britain and Ireland would be introduced to vertical polymer notes. ULSTER Bank revealed the new designs at their Andersonstown branch in west Belfast's Westwood Centre. The design was created with the help of a panel of experts and people from different parts of the country.Images of Strangford Lough and Brent Geese are depicted on the new five pound note. An Irish hare Lough Erne and Guelder-rose shrubs are depicted on the new 10 pound note. Famous traditional recipes from the country like king scallop and an Ulster Glade potato are also depicted on the notes.
These notes are legal currency in the UK and can be used for transactions across the group of countries. The notes also come with the latest security features, making them safe and secure.
