The United States Mint has officially announced the World War I Centennial 2018 Commemorative Coin Design Competition. To know more about the competition, visit the landing page – www.usmint.gov/competitionOrganizing a competition of this kind is a special way indeed to pay tribute to the bravery, actions and sacrifices of Americans during the country’s involvement in World War I almost 100 years ago. The winner will have his or her initials on the final coin and will receive a grand $10,000 prize.
