Caviar, the most famous part of Russian cuisine appeared in 2005. An 8 Rouble stamp issued during Europa 2005 depicts Russian postage stamp showing the typical delicacies served at Maslenitsa (a Slavic religious holiday): bliny, caviar, bubliki, honey, and tea in a samovar.

Next one is a latest issue worth 21Rouble. Issued on 13th January the stamp is a joint issue of RCC countries (regional cooperative framework for countries in South East Europe).
