Master Engraver John Mercanti at Fall Coin Show

The Pennsylvania Association of Numismatists (PAN) would be honouring retired U.S. Mint Chief Engraver John Mercanti by inviting him at the PAN Fall Coin Show and Convention which is scheduled from 27th to 29th October at the Monroeville Convention Center, Pennsylvania.Mr. Mercanti will sign copies of his book, American Silver Eagles: A Guide to the U.S. Bullion Coin Program on 28th October. He will also deliver a lecture at the PAN banquet to be held on the same day.
PAN President Tom Uram’s award-winning five-case exhibit featuring each of the 30 dated American Silver Eagle coins would be on display. John Mercanti’s eagle design has appeared on a lot of these coins’ reverses.
