The 2016 Loki 2 oz Silver High Relief Antiqued Coin by Perth Mint is the third and the last coin of the Norse Gods Three-Coin Series.Made of two ounces of 99.9% pure silver, with an antique finish and a rimless format, the coin features the Norse god Loki on the reverse, wearing a cloak along with the wolf Fenrir and the serpent Jormungand. The three masks portray many forms of the shape shifter Loki. Other inscriptions include LOKI and the Perth Mint’s ‘P’ mintmark.
These Tuvalu coins depict the common portrait of Queen Elizabeth II on their obverse. Other inscriptions include QUEEN ELIZABETH II, 2 DOLLARS, 2016, TUVALU and 2 OZ 999 SILVER.
Odin and Thor are the earlier coins that were released in this series. Each coin has a minimum weight of 62.27 grams, a maximum diameter of 40.50 mm and a maximum thickness of 6.00 mm.
