Silver Rupee of Timur Shah Durrani of Durrani Empire

Timur Shah Durrani was the second eldest son of Ahmad Shah Durrani and the second ruler of the Afghan #DurraniEmpire. He ruled the Durrani empire from November 1772 until he died in 1793.Timur Shah Durrani issued this Silver rupee, 11.44g, minted in Kashmir during the 13th year of his reign. The obverse is inscribed with the name and title of Timur Shah and Hijri Year 1200. The reverse is inscribed with the mint name Kashmir and regnal year 13.
