Peru is officially the Republic of Peru in western South America. Peru is the 19th biggest country in the world. It is the third largest in South America. Peru is the least expensive accommodation in South America. The Peru Sol is the official currency.The obverse of 10 sol depicted a portrait of chronicler Garcilaso Inca de la Vega, crufixication on the right profile, the building at the left, and Peru's Coat of Arms at the Centre. The reverse side is Titicaca Lake with boats. The translation text is the note of "The Central Reserve Bank of Peru". A denomination is 10 Peruvian sol of Peru, South America. Peru currency issued in 1974.
