Barbados’s Blue Marble Coin with Meteorite

This 3 Oz Silver coin is the new issue in the “Blue Marble” series and is dedicated to our precious planet – the Earth, featuring a real Chondrite Meteorite. The coin has a wonderful spherical shape, is rose Gold plated, and features a translucent blue enamel coating.The reverse of the coin represents our wonderful planet Earth, with all the continents in rose Gold immersed in the wonderful blue Oceans. In this edition, a real Chondrite Meteorite is hitting the Pacific Ocean. The obverse of the coin presents the Coat of Arms of Barbados. All around the obverse of the coin, the inscriptions: "BARBADOS" - the issuing country, "2022" - the year of issue, "3 Oz" - the weight of the coin, "5 DOLLARS" - the face value.
Generally a coin has three sides, including the edge, but a new coin from Barbados has only one side. This fine silver $5 coin is minted in the shape of a sphere, specifically Earth.
