Battle of Waterloo Commemorative Stamp

The Battle of Waterloo was fought between Napoleon’s French Army and a combined force of British, Belgians, Dutch, and Germans under the command of the Duke of Wellington, on June 18, 1815 CE. Napoleon Bonaparte rose to the rank of French Army during the French revolution.He seized control of the French government in 1799 CE and become the emperor in 1804 CE. The Battle of Waterloo was fought near Waterloo in Belgium which was a part of the United Kingdom of the Netherlands. The French were disastrously defeated, which ended Napoleon's rule on France and also ended his Hundred Days return from exile.
This commemorative stamp was issued by Saint Kitts at the Battle of Waterloo to commemorate this event.
