According to Indian mythology, the thunderbolt is a weapon of the Indian god Indra, the thunder. Thunderbolt is also called s Vajra, considered the most powerful weapon in the universe. Indra was the most important god in the Vedic religion; later, he became an important figure in Hinduism and an important deity in Buddhism, Cham, and Chinese tradition.The Aryans consider Indra; as their national god. He was regarded, as the protector of military aristocracy and Kshatriyas warrior. Indra appears many times in Vedic script, especially in Rig Vedha. He is considered one of the main gods of Rig Vedha.
