Benito Pablo Juarez Garcia was a Mexican lawyer and politician, he served Mexico as 26th President from 1858 CE until his death 1872 CE. He started his journey as a humble lawyer, rise to the most revered political leader of Mexico during the 19th Century. He is the most debatable amongst the historian due to his controversial agenda against the backdrop of deep economical, racial and social division.Benito Juarez as a president tried to formulate liberal solutions for his country’s problem. He tried to maintain the road to the economic health and also concluded lay in substituting capitalism for the stifling economic monopoly held by the Roman Catholic Church and the landed aristocracy. He believed that political stability can be achieved only through the adoption of a constitutional form of government based on a federal system.
