Thomas Woodrow Wilson was an American politician and academic who served as the 28th president of the United States from 1913 to 1921. Before getting elected as the President, he served the United States as a governor of New Jersey and after two years in the year 1913, he was elected as a president of the United States. After being the president of the United States he passed the Federal Reserve Act in the United States which provided the country with a more elastic money supply. He suffered a stroke while trying to rally support for the Versailles Treaty, which was defeated by the Senate.He had also served the United States as president of Princeton University and as the 34th governor of New Jersey before winning the 1912 presidential election. Woodrow Wilson also served his country during World War I and became the creator and leading advocate of the League of Nations. He was also awarded the Noble prize for his work in the year 1919.
