Nashik; is situated in the northern part of the state of Maharashtra in India. Historically, mythological, socially, and culturally it is an important city. Historically Nashik has been a holy site for the Hindu religion. It is one of the four cities that hosts the massive Sinhastha Kumbh Mela once every twelve years.According to the sources, Nashik is known by different names during different Yugas. During Satya Yuga, it is known with the name of 'Padmanagar', during Treta Yuga by the of 'Trikantak', in Dvapara Yuga, it was known, with the name of 'Janasthana', and during Kali Yuga, it was known, with the name of 'Navashikh' or 'Nashik. During the Mughal rule, it was known by the name of 'Gulshanabad', meaning the city of roses.

The obverse of this coin depicts the name and title of Shah Alam II. the reverse of this coin depicts with the mint name Gulshanabad and sun-face & bow and arrow symbol, an ornate leaf symbol within the mint name.
This silver rupee; is listed for INR 2,25,000 in an upcoming auction of Todywalla; that will be held in Mumbai; on 17th January 2021.
