This gold Ten Rupee coin was issued by Victoria Empress during her rule in the British Empire. This gold Ten Rupee coin listed for INR 6,00,000 in the upcoming auction of Todywalla that will be held in Mumbai on 30th August 2020. This gold mohur was issued in the year 1879 from Calcutta mint.The obverse of this gold 10 Rupee depicts the bust of Victoria Empress facing towards left with the divided legend ‘VICTORIA’ ‘EMPRESS’. The reverse side of the coin depicts the inscription ‘TEN RUPEE INDIA 1879.
