Magyar Post issued a set of four stamps with a surcharge to support youth stamp collecting. The four stamps are issued under the theme of Jules Vernes’s Captain Nemo. Two hundred thousand copies of the new stamp designed by the graphic artist Zsolt Vidak were product by ANY security Printing Company.

These stamps illustrate the novel’s fantasy world under and near water including the sailing ship ready to set on a journey of discovery and the submarine. Caption Nemo first appeared in the novel like the Mysteries Island and Twenty Thousand Leagues under the Sea. The Novels presented an imaginary underwater world through the adventure of the submarines Nautilus.

The idea behind these themes on the stamp was to make it a collectible specimen and encourage the new generation to make stamp collection a hobby.
