The reverse side depicts a portrait of Queen Elizabeth II designed by Jody Clark. The mintage limit for this coin is 25,000 pieces.A miner named John Deason found a huge nugget near the roots of a tree just three centimetres below the surface near MoliaguL, Australia, on 5th February 1869. Deason and his partner, Richard Oates started digging out the nugget in the evening and finally realised that they had discovered the biggest alluvial Gold nugget. The nugget was called “Welcome Stranger” and was submitted at a bank in Dunolly. The nugget was broken down as it was too huge to be weighed at one go. It contained a mammoth 2,269 ounces of Gold, apart from about 47 ounces that were given away by Deason and Oates.
