Over 1,271,000 kilograms of American silver bullion coins have been sold in 2015. This sets a new record for the United States Mint. Since 2007, the American Eagle silver bullion coin sales have been increasing annually and breaking sales records each year. The last of the 2015 silver bullions will happen today, December 14th 2015. The production for these coins bearing the date 2015 stopped on December 11th and officials will soon begin minting them with the 2016 date.
