In 2019, Robert A Siegel conducts a sale consist of 1197 of ‘United States stamp’. This auction attracted collector attention with its broad array of material choices. One of the most striking specimens for this superb lot was the 90c blue first design stamp; it is the second rarest stamp of 1861 first design and colors.

According to the auction and philatelist, there are only 22 examples of 90c stamp. This stamp consists of its original gum with choice centering design with a proof-like impression. It also certified with 1955 and 2001 P.F. Certification and was estimated to fetch 50,000 dollars.
