Winter Freeze Silver Coin

Royal Canadian Mint is celebrating the winter season by issuing a new silver coin featuring a classinc Canadian winter scene. Created by Canadian artists Tony Bianco and Arnold Nogy, the beauty of this Silver coin is enhanced with colours.The Reverse of the coin depicts three evening grosbeaks (Canadian winter birds) are perched on ice-covered branches of a tree. A traditional Canadian countryside house appears in the background. The obverse of the coin depicts the Portrait of Queen Elizabeth II designed by Susanna Blun with an inscription: ELIZABETH II and D G REGINA.
The coin comes in a Royal Canadian Mint’s maroon display case.
